Our management team is composed of specially selected individuals with excellent credentials and sharp business instits; a nose for what works and what doesn't and a taste for the right mix of ingredients to keep your establishment consistently profitable.

OPERATIONS

Gina G Salazar: Senior Operations Director. Worked for the Legend Hotel from 1993 to 1997 as Food and Beverage Division Manager. She was responsible for the development of the overall operations of the Food and Beverage Division of the hotel. Gina graduated with a BS in Food and Nutrition from the University of Santo Tomas , cum laude. She has extensive experience as Purchasing Manager for diverse companies in the hospitality industry. Her strength lies in setting up and implementation of systems necessary in Operations. Gina is also a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Ronald “Jam” Olaes: Senior Quality Assurance Director. Holds a degree in B.S. Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas . Jam began his fruitful career in the foodservice industry in Shakey’s, where he first worked as a storekeeper and then rose to the ranks of Operations Specialist. His trained eye, as well as expertise culled from years of experience and training, helps him manage and maintain the quality of food and service California Pizza Kitchen is known for. Jam is also a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

Jenny Casimiro:  Finance Manager. An experienced financial analyst and certified accountant,  Jenny graduated cum laude from Letran College . A Veteran for nine years, she began her career as an Auditor at the esteemed Punongbayan and Araullo. From there she has worked for various conglomerates like Megaworld as Chief Accountant and at Bayantrade.com as the Finance Manager. Jenny has been managing the Finance Department of Global for the past 3 years, and she is also a member of the company's Executive Committee.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Lia Atienza: HR Manager. Holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations Majoring in Human Resource Development from the University of the Philippines . She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the same university. Lia's exposure and experience in HR started way back in 1995. Since then she has been able to develop and implement customized HR Systems of international standards for different companies, working as a Consultant not only to the restaurant establishments but to the various non-restaurant clientele of Global. Lia is Global's Human Resources Manager, and also a member of the Executive Committee.

MARKETING

Desiree Morales: Assistant Marketing Manager. Holds an AB Communication Arts degree from the University of Santo Tomas . She is also taking up a Masters in Business Administration degree in De La Salle University. Des has worked for several companies such as Mega Magazines and Publications, Inc. (MMPI) and Cinderella. Aside from being in charge of Global’s Marketing department, Des is also a member of the Management Committee.
