Chairman Of The Board
Mr. Jean Henri Lhuillier holds a degree in Business Administration, Majoring in Economics from Saint Mary's College in California. He also has attended various executive programs and courses in prominent institutions, among them Stanford University, Cornell University Johnson Graduate School of Management, and Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His operational expertise in business spans diverse industries such as financial and insurance services, retail and trade, property and resort management, communications and information technology. He is also actively engaged in the Business Processing Outsourcing industry; he established and served as President of Ambergris Solutions, a leading Philippine-based off-shore customer care solutions provider. Complementing Mr. Lhuillier’s business achievements are his accomplishments in the field of public and social service through the PJ Lhuillier Foundation, the corporate socio-civic vehicle of the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies; and his strong passion and commitment to the development of sports in the country, as shown by his active involvement in numerous local and international sports associations.
Vice-Chairman
Mr. Manuel Zubiri holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from De La Salle University.  Mr. Zubiri is also the General Manager of Zubros Agriculture, one of the largest suppliers of banana produce in the region.  He is a renowned landowner from Bukidnon, one of the centers of sugar industry in the Philippines.  His family is actively involved not only in sugar milling but also in aquaculture, agriculture and politics. Mr. Zubiri is responsible for the Facilities Management Department of GRCI.
President
Mr. Archie Rodriguez has Post Graduate Studies in Telecommunications and Network Implementation and Design from San Francisco State University. He graduated in the President and Dean's List from Rollin's College with a double major in Computer Science and Economics and a minor in Mathematics.  Mr. Rodriguez is also the Executive Director/ CEO of Logicall Inc., a business process outsourcing facility.  His family is also a principal owner of Bistro Holdings, Inc. the franchise owners and operators of TGI Friday's, Italianni's, Outback Steakhouse and Cater with Bistro.
Treasurer
Mr. Griffith Go graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. He holds a key position as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Paramount Chemical Industries Inc. and he also sits on the board of BA Farms Inc.  Aside from finance, Mr. Go is responsible for the Warehousing and Logistics operations of GRCI.

Director
Mr. Richard Santos holds a degree in A.B. Political Science from Ateneo De Manila University.  He is now the Vice President for Merchandising of Citi-Fashion Specialty Stores, Inc. and the Group Manager for Cinderella Marketing Corporation which carries some of the top international retail brands such as Esprit, British India, U2, Playboy, Pierre Cardin, San Francisco, Nike, Rampage and Clark's. His family is one of the pioneers of the fashion retail industry in the country today.
